Return Policy

• All of the items in our collection are pre-loved, which means they may show subtle signs of use or might not include all original accessories. We kindly ask you to read the descriptions carefully and encourage you to reach out if you would like additional information our customer service. For EU customers, all online purchases come with a 14-day statutory return period. Returns do not apply to pre-order items, no reason to worry as it would be clear to you, upon confirmation.

  In case you wish to return the item you have to inform our customer service , within 3 days, by calling us or sending us an email to sales@swellshop.gr. Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received, including all accessories, packaging, and security tags. Any signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery will void the return.
  Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to organize and cover the cost of returning the item.

  Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item. Customers may choose store credit, valid for 24 months, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds do not include shipping costs but only the cost of the item.
