Delivery Policy
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
No shipments are made on Saturdays. Sundays and public holidays are also excluded from shipping, processing or delivery.
Shipments are made via ELTA Courier.
Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order.
Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed due to reasons of force majeure (e.g. severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will inform you via email so that you may confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order under these circumstances.
SWELLSHOP bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its control, and will make every possible effort to serve you in the best way.
Missing Items from Your Order
If you receive your order and notice that one or more products are missing, please contact us so that we can arrange the necessary details and send the missing products at no extra cost.
Modification of Terms
Swellshop.gr reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions. The company is obliged to update this text for any changes or additions.
If you have placed an order and an unreasonable amount of time has passed without receiving it, please contact a representative of swellshop.gr.
