The website swellshop.gr includes the online store of the company SWELLSHOP (VAT: 118103798, Tax Office: RODOS). The company headquarters are located in Malona, Rhodes, Postal Code 85102. This online store allows all internet users to be informed about the products offered by our company and to complete their purchases online.

All website design, text, graphics, selection, and arrangement of the website is the intellectual property of SWELLSHOP.

You may view how we use your personal data in our Privacy Policy. The use of the swellshop.gr web pages and services by the visitor/user presupposes their unconditional acceptance of the terms stated herein.
4. PRIVACY STATEMENT
In order to complete any transaction through the SWELLSHOP e-shop and place product orders, certain personal information will be requested. When placing an order, you will be asked for your full name, shipping address, billing address (if different), invoicing details (if invoice payment is selected), a contact telephone number, and your email address.
5. CAN MY DATA BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES?
This data is processed by the company in accordance with Article 7A paragraph 1(b) Law 2472/1997 for the execution of the customer’s order. Under no circumstances will this data be disclosed, published, or sold to third parties, unless the procedure defined by law is initiated for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from national implementation of Directive 24/2006.
Credit card details are entered directly into the secure environment of the bank and are not stored or known to our company.
6. PRODUCT ORDERING & CONSUMER PROTECTION
Orders through the online store constitute distance sales agreements, governed by Greek law (Law 2251/1994, as amended, and Presidential Decree 131/2003).
The user is eligible to place a valid order only if legally competent according to the Greek Civil Code (at least 18 years of age and not under legal guardianship regarding sales contracts). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. SWELLSHOP reserves the right to demand return from the guardian for any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.
7. PRODUCTS
All products available for sale, their characteristics, prices, and stock availability can be found on swellshop.gr. Users can click on each product icon for more details.
Swellshop.gr guarantees timely customer updates about availability but bears no liability regarding final availability.
Prices listed include VAT (24%). They do not include shipping or cash-on-delivery fees. Prices may change without prior notice.
8. PAYMENT METHODS

Valid only within Greece. Payment upon delivery to the courier. -
PayPal
Valid for Greece. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. No personal/card data is stored by SWELLSHOP. -
Credit/Debit Card
Valid for Greece. Payment is processed through Piraeus Bank’s Pay Center. No personal/card data is stored by SWELLSHOP.
9. SECURITY
For your transaction security we cooperate with PayPal and Piraeus Bank using 128-bit SSL encryption. All credit/debit card information is encrypted so that it cannot be read or altered during transfer over the Internet.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the global standard for website authentication and data encryption between web users and servers.
10. SHIPPING METHOD & TIME
Orders are dispatched within 15–20 working days if the product is available. In case of delay, our company will inform you by phone. No shipments take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Shipments are carried out via courier companies. After completing your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming the order and its details.
Force Majeure: If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, strikes, etc.), you will be notified via email to confirm whether you still wish to complete the order.
If you receive your order and see that an item is missing, please contact us so we can send the missing item(s) without extra charge.
Modification of Terms
Swellshop.gr reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions. The company will update this text for any changes or additions.
If you have placed an order and an unreasonable amount of time has passed without receiving it, please contact a representative of swellshop.gr. For faster service, please provide the order number that was emailed to you.
